Place An Order

Click on the link below and enter your information into the order form. When ready, print the completed order form and enclose it with your original photo(s). We will notify you by email when your order arrives.

If you have specific requests such as blurring the background, removing objects, softening wrinkles, etc., please include detailed instructions in the “Special Instructions” area. We will estimate the cost of your requests, for your approval.

Your finished canvas will be shipped via UPS Ground.

We accept Visa, Master Card American Express and Discover, as well as personal checks and money orders (payable to Canvas Photo)..
